Welcome to Pic-Me-Date Cuisines and Desserts. My name is Nicolette Dawson and I'm the Founder of this amazing business. I've been cooking for a very long time but it's only recently that I've got my Culinary Certifications along with my ServSafe Certificate to make this into more then just a hobby but my lifelong passion of bringing fantastic meals to people in the surrounding areas!

 

I'm born and raised in Lexington, NC and now a resident of Goldsboro, NC with my husband Jermaine Dawson. I'm very family oriented. Its bececause of family that I'm able to do this amazing job of cooking. I'm also a very proud mother of two young adults who currently live in Atlanta, GA who also love to cook.

Being that I'm a Private Chef or what some would call a "Personal Chef", I'm bringing to my little city something a bit new but I'm confident that it will bring joy to many for generations to come. I"m also delighted to travel to different locations to bring families great food. There is no limit to where this buisness takes me and I enjoy every bit of this experience. In this form of business I've managed to stay very busy with giving others what they love with each delicious bite they take.
